In this Guru Sthanam a very rare lamp which is made of 18 divine herbs is kept and worshiped as Maa Durga in the form of light.The Guru Sthanam was inaugurated in the year 2004 by Thavathiru Kumaragurupara Swamigal of Kaumaram Matt,Coimbatore. This is a private premises where no form of offerings in the form of cash or kind is accepted. The celebrity priests who visited this Guru Sthanam are Sri. Balamurali,Melshanthi of Sabarimala with the then Keezh Shanthi. The Chief Priest of the famous Chottanikara Temple in Kerala also visited this Guru Sthanam and was very happy to prepare the naivedyam for the deity.
The regular visitor to the Guru Sthanam is Sri. Nandan Namboothiri (Son-in-Law of the Chottanikara Temple Chief Priest).People from India and abroad visit this Guru Sthanam after getting prior permission to make there wish come true.Prayers with true devotion are answered here without any doubt.

The Guru Sthanam anniversary is celebrated on 9th June of every year.During the day many special poojas and homams are performed.

Navarathiri
Navarathiri is celebrated each year with special poojas and auspicious naivedyams to the deity for the entire period of nine days with daily poojas.

Special Homams
Very special homams are performed frequently in the Guru Sthanam by celebrity priests from different temples all over India.
